I have a new computer and want to install my version of Microsoft Office Home and Business that I purchased for my old computer on the new computer. It tells me I have an invalid product key when I try to install both download and via phone. I see nothing about deactivating the old computer's version and being able to install it on the new computer. Is this possible to do? It does not say anything about too many activations, only product key is invalid. When I type in the number via phone that shows up to give them, it says the same thing and hangs up.
